Through Her Eyes

Abby and I both share a love for photography and we're learning as we go.  Well, yesterday, some geese landed in our backyard, so I told Abby to grab my camera, head outside, and snap away.  Like me, she has a deep love and appreciation for nature, so she was excited at the chance to get up close and personal with them. I thought I'd share some of the pictures she took and I'll think you'll agree that she did a great job!

I really love this one...

Getting ready to gobble up a cracker...

I thoroughly enjoy viewing life through Abby's eyes...hope you did, too!

Sounds like our springtime weather is soon to be a thing of the past.  Record low of 22 expected on Sunday morning...BRRR!  So, I think I'll probably spend the next few days in mourning and praying for warmer days!  Have a terrific weekend, my friends!

April, your photos are so beautiful! Can't believe how close you were able to get and keep the focus! And I think the gray hair was just something that got stuck to your forehead because of all the cream you use!!! LOL! Been there! Horrible. Enjoy your weekend.

Abby did a wonderful job photographing the geese! How neat that you have them right in your backyard!

Hang in there with the cold weather...at least you don't have 4 months of it!

XO,
Jane

I'm never ready for cold weather, but we've had a very warm winter and I knew it couldn't last.. I just hope we don't get snow in March! *UGH*

She did a really good job. #1 and #3 are my favorites but they are all terrific.

We're getting snow right now. I was so hoping we wouldn't. Oh well, it's been a pretty terrific winter weather-wise so far, so I won't complain too much. After all it is Ohio and it is winter. haha

Have a great weekend April.

She did a great job with the camera. We may get some cooler weather here also, maybe down in the mid 60's. The trees just can't figure out if they should bloom or not.

I just had my first lesson with a local photographer. My head is spinning : ) I want to understand my new camera and get out of auto mode all the time.

Hope the interviewing went well this week!

I love the pictures! It truly is remarkable how life looks through someone else's eyes. It opens up a whole new realm of possibilities and expands our perceptions of what we take for granted a lot of the time!

Thanks for sharing your story of the geese through Abby's eyes. It has allowed me to see them as well, through Abby's eyes! Neat how that works!
