Prayers Needed For A Broken Heart...

Have you ever been deeply touched by someones personal testimony of how God has worked in, and through them? Well, one of my cousins is married to a strong Christian man. His faith in God is, without a doubt, the kind that can move mountains. You see, back in 2006, he had to undergo a heart transplant, only to have it fail. He underwent another heart transplant in 2007, as well as a stem cell transplant. He has been blessed with good health for the past 21 months. Well, just a few days ago, during his routine checkup, it was determined that his heart is in failure, again. A pathologist in Utah determined that he does have Light Chain Deposition Disease, which is a cancer of the blood. It was detected in his original heart, as well as in his two transplanted hearts. He is currently in the hospital undergoing a second stem cell transplant. My cousin's daughter, Jill, created this video to tell his story...and to share his testimony of what God has done for him. Please watch it and be completely blown away by God's amazing grace and mercy.

If you would, please lift my cousin's husband, Kevin, and their family up in your prayers as he is in the fight for his life. Ask God to keep his heart stable and to give them all the strength and the courage to keep fighting...and to never give up!

P.S. My sweet bloggy friend, Amy, over at Our Daily Blessing...Life, is having an incredible giveaway! Hop on over there and check it out...and be sure to take the time to read about her and her son's personal journey with various health issues. You will be blessed!

Oh what a video. I am not sure if you know this..but my BIL was on a heart transplant list and got a heart years ago. He developed problems and had to be relisted. His outcome was not good but it was due to a cloting issue...so Hold on to faith because God is GOOD. Isn't he? I am praying for your whole family.

The video made me tear up, mostly because it reminded me of all my husband went through (though not the same thing)

oh my goodness. What an amazing man...what an amazing spirit and incredible faith.

I watched the entire video and have been touched. God has done miracles in this man's life and I know he can continue.

My really good friend's husband was 32 and died without warning, of cardiomyopathy, when she was 8 months pregnant with their 3rd child. So, I know that God has done amazing things in saving Kevin's life.

Praying!
