Who Needs AAA?

Bet you didn't know that we have our very own personal travel agent/vacation planner right here at home, did you? Well, it's true! Abby is the queen of planning vacations and has been that way since she was fairly young. When we went on our first family cruise several years back, she immediately began searching the Internet for all sorts of information about places to go and things to do. By the time we got on the ship, everything was laid out before us. She's done the same thing with just about every vacation we've ever taken.

Well, just as soon as we learned that we're going to Colorado in April for a ski trip, she quickly went to work. I came down to the kitchen one morning to find her as busy as a bee decorating a folder. This is what she created...


Now, the "crash", "boom", "ouch" words worry me just a tad. Ok...A LOT!!! Maybe she's trying to tell me something!

This nifty folder contains 20 sheets of information she printed out in regards to shopping, slopes, our accomodations, you name it! Trust me, Abby has every angle covered, and then some! Here's the names of the "easiest slopes" in Breckenridge that she typed up. The girls and I have decided that we're going to stick with the one named "Snowflake"...how bad can that one be, right??? Piece of cake!!! Boy, don't I hope!

Here's the pile of papers she printed out about EVERYTHING we'd ever want to know about Breckenridge! Abby has always looked at every trip we've taken as an adventure and she gets so excited about it! It really is fun to watch her!

I'm sure she'll be searching the Internet, again, in no time at all to check out the weather conditions in Colorado, and anything else she hasn't already researched. So, if you ever need a travel agent who knows her business inside and out, call on Abby...trust me, she won't disappoint! :)



P.S. If you would, please say a prayer for this sweet lady, Shannon, who'll be undergoing heart surgery on Jan. 8th. I know she appreciates it so much!!!
